Eagle Eyes Director (Cheryl Mitchell) announces she will run for Alderman.
My running for alderman or alderwoman is due to my experiences ( and a promise )with Mr. and Mrs. Osborne. I have known them for many years and had opportunities to visit and chat. I have a love for my community and am a good listner. I would hope that you would keep me in mind when voting. whenever that may be. Even if you didn't ever vote please, I beg you to go out and do so. I will do my best and then some for the people within my community and others who may need me to help with a problem. A promise I intend to keep. Spread the word to, this is important.
Sincerely: Cheryl Mitchell

We at Eagle Eyes Community Organization want to wish all our friends and supporters a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Don’t forget our annual Christmas Party on December 13th at 1:00pm in the hall of the Church of God.
We had a good year. A lot of excellent art work got done. Thanks to the Church of God we where able to raise money at a Garage Sale they held for us. At Thanksgiving we handed out thirteen Turkey Baskets. We had several meetings and phone conversations with the Manchester Police regarding crime in the East-side neighborhood. Our core group hung together and did some great work even after eight years of constant struggle to keep it together.
We are very grateful to those who contributed to the organization so we could continue our work. Both the Police Department and Parks and Recreation were a great help, as well.
We plan on continuing our work next year. Right now we are planning on strengthening our ties with other neighborhood groups to be even a stronger force for neighborhood stability and pride.
THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO FOR US. YOU ARE ALL APPRECIATED SOOOO MUCH. BE HAPPY
We, the "Eagle Eyes" of Manchester are a group of neighbors and friends centered in the Lake Ave. area of Manchester who are committed to improving the quality of life in our neighborhood. We are a volunteer and non-profit organization willing and eager to cooperate with any and all city agencies to attain our goal through crime watches and awareness: public outreach, beautification efforts and the utmost safety of all those to whom we reach out. We encourage the participation of all other like-minded individuals regardless of their georgraphical location in New Hampshire, political affilliations or office held. We, as a group are in agreement that "No efforts based on good intentions are fruitless", and that even the smallest example of progress is a net gain to all. We have gathered as a group in the wake of a tragedy, and dedicate our efforts to the legacy of Officer Michael Briggs, to whom the city of Manchester.
Our group was born out of this tragedy to show that our communities can come forward and take a stand with strength, determination, and goodness. We will continue this journey and where ever it takes us we will be there. We have achieved much greatness in everything that we have done and will do. Be proud of yourselves.
